Heart Attack : You can save your dear ones life
Heart Attack : You can save
your dear ones Life !!

A heart attack occurs when blood flow to a section of heart muscle becomes
blocked. If the flow of blood isnt restored quickly, the section of heart
muscle becomes damaged from lack of oxygen and begins to die.
Each year, about 1.1 million people in the US have heart attacks, and
almost half of them die.
CAD,
which often results in a heart attack, is the leading killer of both men and
women in the US.

Many more people could recover from heart attacks if they got help faster. Of
the people who die from heart attacks, about half die within an hour of the
first symptoms and before they reach the hospital.
Heart
Attacks and drinking warm water....
This is a very good article. Not only about the warm water after your meal, but
about heart attacks. This makes sense... the Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea
with their meals...not cold water...maybe it is time we adopt their drinking
habit while eating!!!

Nothing to lose, everything to gain...
For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.
It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water
will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the
digestion. Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be
absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the
intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to
drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
A serious note about heart attacks: You should know that not every heart
attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in
the jaw line.
You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack.
Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.
60% of people who have
a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can
wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know,
the better chance we could survive...
Let's say it's 6.15pm and you're going home (alone of course), after an
unusually hard day on the job.
You're really tired, upset and frustrated.
Suddenly you start experiencing severe pain in your chest that starts to adiate
out into your arm and up into your jaw. You are only about five miles from the
hospital nearest your home. Unfortunately you don't know if you'll be able to
make it that far. You have
been trained in CPR, but the guy that taught the course did not tell you how to
perform it on yourself.
How to Survive a
Heart Attack when you are alone !!
Since many people are alone when they suffer a heart attack, without help, the
person whose heart is beating improperly and who begins to feel faint, has only
about 10 seconds left before losing consciousness.

However, these victims can help themselves by
Chew one regular tablet of aspirin.
( Don't take the aspirin if you're allergic
to aspirin )
 Coughing repeatedly and very
vigorously.
A deep breath should be taken before each cough, and the cough
must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside the chest.
A breath and a cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up
until help arrives, or until the heart is felt to be beating normally again.
Deep breaths get oxygen into the lungs and coughing movements squeeze the
heart and keep the blood circulating. The squeezing pressure on the heart also
helps it regain normal rhythm. In this way, heart attack victims can get to a
hospital.
